You've Built The Life That Looks Complete From The Outside.

You've Done The Inner Work.

So Why Does Something Still Feel Missing?

Feel at home within yourself, fully alive and genuinely yourself again, without needing another achievement, spending years in therapy or cycling through tools that only help you for a while - by learning how to inhabit yourself, understand what your inner experience is communicating, and know how to work with what you find.

This isn’t about understanding yourself better.

You may already understand yourself extremely well.

It’s about developing the capacity to go beyond what your conscious mind already knows, identify what's actually driving what you feel, and work with what you find.

This free 22-minute video shows you the exact 3-step process for accessing that deeper information, integrating what you discover, and creating real change instead of temporary relief.

What You'll Discover

Why building the life you wanted and doing inner work - can still leave you with the sense that something is missing.

Why your conscious mind can only take you so far - and how a deeper level of consciousness, what I call the Higher Self, allows you to access information you couldn’t reach through analysis alone.

Why accessing what’s underneath is only part of the process - and why integration is what turns what you uncover into real internal change.

Hello Im Cristina

I'm a transpersonal and holistic psychologist, yoga and meditation teacher.

My journey began with Psychology at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and continued through decades of study, practice, and integration of different approaches to the human experience.

My search for a deeper understanding of healing took me across different countries and traditions.

I studied yoga in India with masters such as Pattabhi Jois, explored meditation through traditions such as Vipassana, and learned from different teachers and approaches that shaped my understanding of consciousness, healing, and human transformation, including teachings from the Dalai Lama, Joe Dispenza, Marisa Peer, and other influential voices in the fields of neuroscience, mind-body connection, psychology, and consciousness.

In 2010, I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Transpersonal Studies at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, now Sofia University.

Throughout more than two decades of professional practice, I have accompanied people through their own transformation processes, observing the complexity of human healing and the many ways people seek change.

But the deepest turning point in my understanding of healing came through my own experience.

Despite years of training, personal work, and having dedicated my life to helping others, I reached a moment where I experienced a profound inner emptiness. From the outside, my life looked complete: I had built a career, a family, and a life aligned with many of the things people consider signs of success.

Yet internally, something was missing.

I searched for answers through the knowledge and tools I had accumulated over decades.

I explored deeper levels of consciousness, continued integrating different approaches, and discovered that the answer was not another technique or another isolated practice.

What I realized was that true transformation required working with the whole human being: mind, body, emotions, energy, and consciousness.

That realization became the foundation of the Self Heal Method.

A method created from decades of professional experience, personal transformation, and the integration of different paths of knowledge into a complete approach to healing.

Today, I help women who have done the inner work, achieved success, and explored different paths, yet still feel disconnected from themselves. My purpose is not to create dependence, but to help people reconnect with their own inner capacity for transformation and self-healing.
